Rule One: The arrangement does not last longer than eight months.

Rule two: The media is not allowed to know Maci’s name, where she goes to school, or where she works.

Rule three: No kissing keep kissing to a minimum in public

Rule four: No more than two “sightings” a week

Rule five: No one can know this is fake
Rule six: We won’t fall for each other.

“Do we have a deal?”

“Is that rule for you or me?” He asks, a small smirk lifting at the corner of his lips . 

“Both of us. If we’re spending a lot of time together, it’s almost inevitable that feelings are going to arise. And if that happens, then we end this.”
